- Internal Training Program: This is our thoughtfully crafted and immersive one-on-one training. This program is designed to equip you with the skills needed to execute high-level technical services and provide outstanding experiences that our clients have come to expect.
- Ongoing Education: We’re obsessed with professional and personal growth! We keep you on top of the latest trends and techniques with paid, and fully paid-for, quarterly classes provided by some of the industry’s top educators.
- Team Performance Goals + Trips: Think team outings, pool parties, and sunshine-filled travel experiences!
- Flexible Scheduling: Paid lunches, closed weekends, 4-day work-week. Closed by 7pm.
- Consistent Pay: No confusing service fees or sliding scales around here! Just simple, honest, and above-industry-average pay. No-shows and cancellations shouldn’t be at your expense. We pay you for every hour you work whether you have a client in your chair or you’re helping to serve the client in another chair.
- Coaching: Monthly one-on-one coaching sessions are fun and keep you on track to grow in your career!
- Career Growth Plan: Nobody wants to be behind the chair or in the treatment room forever. Working harder, faster, longer hours, alone, or double-booking to the point of exhaustion is so last season. Utilizing the individual strengths of the team so we can work together to earn more and reach career goals, while maintaining a work-life balance, is so in.
- Paid Vacation: Earn up to 4 weeks paid vacation each year.
- Paid Health Benefits: Paid vision, dental, and life insurance. Supplemental insurance options are available at a discounted group rate.

- Charity Partner Opportunities: We’ve donated thousands of dollars to Anne Carlson Center, Make-A-Wish ND, and Furniture Mission of the Red River Valley. We have also worked as a team to donate our time, services, and products to Hope Blooms, YWCA, and The Perry Center.
Our hiring process is all about getting to know the real you. We value a friendly smile, positive attitude, a genuine passion for the beauty industry, and of course, that spark of personality! Our unique process involves a salon tour and a chance to meet the team face-to-face. After having some time to hangout with our team, if you find yourself loving our friendly, team approach to service, and the feeling is mutual, we’ll invite you back yet again – this time for a technical assessment. From there, there will be a 4th and final interview with company leaders.
